These are some great tips for agents. Anything that can help to build the overall impression and consumer engagement will only help to increase the chances of building more trusting relationships and increase the chance of doing business with online customers.

Agent’s need to keep looking for ways to make their property marketing interesting and provide as much information as they possibly can and let their internet marketing do its job

There are too many agents out there who feel that they should leave some bits out with the archaic belief that they should leave some surprises for when it comes time to do the physical inspection. BUT what happens if there isn’t a physical inspection?

The first inspection is the one that is done over the internet, the physical inspection is only a verification inspection (almost like a 2nd inspection). If the agent gets the online marketing wrong then the physical inspection normally won’t take place and a potential offer could be lost.

PS: I posted an article previously on this subject that may also help your readers…
